Who you'll work with
VibeStudio is led by two founders who have built, scaled and exited real businesses.
Howard leads complex, technology-enabled change across large organisations. Nearly 30 years across digital, data and organisational transformation, spanning global consulting, enterprise programmes and hands-on product and platform leadership. He specialises in the gap between ambition and delivery: the portfolio visibility, governance, prioritisation and benefits realisation that let executive teams make real decisions instead of managing noise. In 2025 he founded Studio:Blueprint, an operating system for consulting and agency firms, agent first and agent agnostic.
Spencer built Bluhalo from a shed in a back garden into one of the UK's largest digital agencies, ranked 8th at its peak with £12M revenue, before a successful exit to Gyro, now part of Dentsu. He went on to found Cactus, the UK's leading agency growth advisory supporting more than 75 agencies, and co-authored Agencynomics, the best-selling book on agency growth. Today he is co-founder of bluhalo.io, an M&A practice built for the next era of technology transformation, with his latest book, Bouncebackability, launching in 2026.
Track record includes a Deloitte Technology Fast 50 UK and Technology Fast 500 EMEA company, and a New Media Age Top 8 UK Digital Design and Build agency.
